I have lived in many different countries since a young age, which opened up an immense world before my eyes, and gave me a wide perspective on life. I speak English, Spanish and a bit of French. I love all cultures; I celebrate our differences with utmost gratitude.
As an outsider to your life, and having been through very different experiences, I am in a position to see beyond the world that surrounds you and I can offer new perspectives. These will expand the repertoire of life actions you can take and guide your life to where you want it to be. Take into account that how we perceive the world depends on the lenses we use. I will show you the tools so you can pick those lenses that will help you focus on what's really meaningful to you.

Family, friends and hobbies fill my days: I dance ballroom, I write, I exercise and go for walks, I am a dance fitness instructor (Zumba), I love to read and listen to music but my biggest passion is the intimacy I can build with people who allow themselves to be vulnerable and connect at a deeper more meaningful level.

The tools I use for my service are: love, gratitude, mindfulness, empathy, compassion, unconditional acceptance and all the accumulated experience, that I'll put forth for your personal growth.

"What matters isn't if people are good or bad. What matters is if they're trying to be better today than they were yesterday”

Since graduating from the University of Victoria with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, my interest in people and their relationships has only increased. Upon receiving my certification from the Vancouver College of Counselor Training for the Counselling for Intimacy in Relationships program, I realized that counselling is what I’ve always wanted to pursue.

I spend most of my days catching up on reading my books and baking, anything from pastries to cookies and cakes. I am attempting to relearn American Sign Language and I am also, not very successfully, trying to learn to play the ukulele.
Throughout the entirety of my life, my mother has taught me the importance of communication, respect, and intimacy; these relationship components will be the forefront of all sessions we'll have together.
I specialize in Youth Counselling as we'll relate to each other better by virtue of being closer in age. My hope is that my understanding, caring, and empathetic nature allows you to feel comfortable sharing with me; we'll work together to find the solutions to issues that may arise in our sessions.
